Is this really necessary? 的意思是“这真的有必要吗？”它不是 do/does/did 问句，而是 be + 形容词 问句：陈述句是 This is really necessary.，变问句时把 is 放到 this 前面。真正要注意的是语气：它可以是确认必要性，也可能听起来像在质疑“非要这样吗”。
先写对结构：necessary 是形容词，不是动作

有必要每个人都参加吗？this 适合指眼前这件事、这个步骤、这个要求。it 更适合引出后面的 to do 或 for somebody to do。
第 2 步：对方已经做决定时，它可能像质疑
同一句话放到不同场景里，听感会变。比如同事说要临时重做整份报告，你问：
Is this really necessary?对方可能听成：“你确定非要这样吗？”这不一定冒犯，但它已经不只是语法上的普通疑问句，而是在追问对方做法的合理性。
